Our research suggests that this Fred Astaire classic was recorded in 1946 with the John Scott Trotter Orchestra on Decca matrix L 4235 and released as part of a 5-disc, 78 rpm album set Decca Album No. A-481 which featured songs from the musical "Blue Skies". After a powerful and punchy intro, the vocal enters with the little-used 16 measure verse from Irving Berlin's original composition, in the key of Eb major. It then modulates to Eb minor for the well known vocal chorus. A sixteen measure instrumental chorus follws the vocal, which re-enters with the middle eight and continues to the close of the chart. At just over two minutes this is not a long arrangement, though it is very powerful. Your band will need to be tight, especially with the unison Trumpet work, and will need to be crisp and observe the written articulations so that the performance is crisp. The vocal key is Eb and there are no sax doubles.
