This website offers you the opportunity to create an account, in which you can save your contact details and see your order history. Creating an account is not mandatory. It is an option that we offer to you, to make future use of this site a simpler and easier experience. In addition to creating an account during the checkout process, you can set up an account here.

Your account information is stored on our server which is secured by an SSL certificate. This certificate establishes an encrypted link between your web browser and our web server to ensure that all data passed between the two remain private and secure.

It is you, the customer, who sets the password access to your account and we have no access to your password. Should you wish to delete your account please contact us and we will delete it and all information associated with it. Please note that once it is deleted, you will no longer be able to see your past order history.

We do not operate any forms of direct marketing, so we do not send our clients unsolicited emails, marketing emails, promotional messages or anything similar. We all receive far too much of
this sort of thing, so Lush Life Music won’t add to the problem. Should you ever receive an unsolicited email that looks like it has come from us, please rest assured that it hasn’t.

Your personal information (address / email address) is never sent to anybody else. We do not share, sell or rent any personal information with any third party. So, if you send us an
email, or place an order please be assured that you can do it in complete confidence.

We only disclose potentially personally-identifying information to our employees and affiliates that need to know in order to provide services, such as order processing and shipping, on our and your behalf. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using our website and services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

In simple terms, we need to tell the postal and courier services who you are and where you live, so that we can ship your order to you.

Under the new EU GDPR regulations you are entitled to see and manage any of your data that we may hold. Please submit your request via our submission form.

You will then receive an email which contains an unique URL link. Clicking on this link will take you to a secure Lush Life Music web page in which you can view and update your personal data, download such data in CSV format and also initiate a request to have such data deleted. This link will be valid for 48 hours, after which time it will expire and a new request must be made via the submission form.
