How to Order

Buying big band sheet music from us is easy – but please read our Terms and Conditions before placing your orders.

You can make a purchase by any of the following methods

  • Online, via this website
  • By Email
  • By Post or Phone

Our charts are shipped from our centre in Wellingborough, England. Apart from orders sent to the UK our standard delivery method is by Air Mail. You can opt for UPS courier during checkout, though we would ask that you specify an address that is not a P.O. Box, because couriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If there is any issue we will endeavour to contact you prior to dispatch to confirm your details. UK orders are sent by parcel post.

We usually ship orders by 2 p.m. each working day, so any order received after midday will generally be sent the next working day. If you are working to a tight delivery deadline please phone our order office (contact details at the bottom of this page) and we will do our utmost to help. Please note that whilst we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, we may take a little longer during busy times of the year.

Our arrangements are sold in UK Pounds Sterling. However, if you are outside of the UK and pay by card, your card company will do the currency conversion for you.  Also, to get an idea of what our charts will cost in your own currency, you can click on the currency converter link on our home page. This tool is NOT a guarantee of the exact rate that will be used for your order, because it will be your card company that will do the conversion using their own rate on the day that your charts are charged to your card.
