How to Order

Buying your arrangements from us is easy - but please read our Term and Conditions before placing your orders! You can make a purchase by any of the following...

Our charts are shipped from our despatch centre in Luton, England. Apart from orders sent to the UK, we ship everything by Air Mail. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until the goods are despatched.

Our arrangements are sold in Pounds Sterling. However, if you are outside of the UK and pay by card, your card company will do the currency conversion for you. To read more about this please click here

Also, to get an idea of what our charts will cost in your own currency, you can click on the price of any chart (you'll see that all of the prices are underlined, indicating a weblink). A little pop-up box will appear which contains a currency converter. Simply click on the little blue arrow to select 'GBP' as the 'from' currency, and then your own currencty (for example 'USD' for US Dollars, EUR as Euros) as the 'to' currency, and enter the amount, say 25 in the 'amt' box, and click go. You will then see the converted amount displayed. Please note that this is NOT a guarantee of the exact rate that will be used for your order, because it will be your card company that will do the conversion using their own rate on the day that your charts are charged to your card.

24 Hour Online Ordering Placing your order from this website is easy, fast and secure. Please note that your web browser (or firewall program such as Zone Alarm, Defender or Norton) must allow cookies
to be sent to your machine, otherwise you will receive a 'general script error'. The cookies are only used to track the contents of your shopping basket and are personal to you.

Simply find the arrangements you require, and click the 'Add to Basket' button for each item. Once you are happy with all the items you need in your shopping Basket, click the Checkout button (or link on the top of any page) to proceed.

You will then be transferred to our secure server, and asked to complete the remaining parts of the transaction, like payment and delivery details. Our online order system can accept these cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (UK only)

Once the sale is complete, you will see a receipt screen which you can print, and we also send you an email message to confirm your purchase.

Order by Post or Phone Payment for goods ordered by post can be either by cheque (made payable to Studio Music Company) or postal-order. Studio Music handle the distribution of our big band charts.
Please do not send cash by regular post. Please do not forget to include the following details...
